I hope one day to connect with you all in a professional capacity! THANK you for providing this information 🖤
I can’t thank you enough for starting this podcast, hypermobility is an area that is so under discussed and under researched in the medical community! Having been diagnosed with hypermobility and all the injuries that come along with it, it’s been extremely hard to find professionals to work with that understand how they can help and strengthen instead of pushing stretching on an already limber body. Thank you thank you creating this, can’t wait to listen to all of the episodes!!
This Podcast is so incredibly informative and helpful. I appreciate your willingness to share the knowledge you and your guests have gained over many years.
An amazingly informative solution focused podcast. If you are hypermobile, you NEED this. If you have health issues generally, I think this would be illuminating for most. If you have chronic pain, dive on in. The resources mentioned alone will be a huge help for your journey!! These amazing women take a holistic approach, and take all different perspectives in considering issues...they have great bendy minds!!
I’m not a dancer but I’ve found the information presented to be quite relevant and helpful for me as a hypermobile mid-40’s person. Thank you for making the podcast happen!
